1. Use this Gua Sha Board with Ginger Cream or Lavender Cream. It helps fingers or hand to be in contact with the cream which may be hot especially for Ginger Cream . 
2. Squeeze a small amount of the cream onto this Gua Sha Board and Apply directly onto the problem area . 
3. Massage in using circular movement until cream is absorbed into the skin
