The Lavender Cream helps a lot for relieving my insomia and sinus problem. I usually had difficulties to sleep due to the severe blockage of my nose. I had tried vicks , rubs , essential oils but usually it only relieve the symptons for a while. Using the lavender cream, my stuffy nose is unblocked instantly and i think it calms and relaxes me after that, I usually have a good sleep after just applying a thin layer below my nose, back of my eye lobes and my forehead.
