I first bought the surface disinfectant to use in the office. I loved it at the very first spray! And I decided to give the rest of the products a try since then. I have bought the GermClean for disinfecting my son's toys as he loves to put the toys into his mouth and Surface clean for mopping the floor as my son is just learning to crawl. The Handy Clean Disinfectant is a really handy product for outdoor use when you need to ensure that the things babies touch are sanitized. I've used it on dining tables, high chairs, stroller and toys when we're out, practically sprayed on everything that baby comes into contact with!

FAQs For SureClean Pro-range

1)Germ Clean: can we pre-dilute it and keep it in separate container like a spray container so can just spray and wipe?

Germ Clean is formulated to be ready to use, you can purchase the spray bottle for germ clean and spray directly onto surfaces.

2) For SurfaceClean: Whats the dilution rate?

SurfaceClean is specifically designed to be used on the floors. Please dilute 1-2caps of SurfaceClean for every ½ pail of water.

3) Are there any expiry dates to these cleaning agents?

shelf-life for 5L is 5years from the date of manufacture.

4) Is it necessary to wipe off after spraying or dipping toys etc into the solution? Can I leave it to dry overnite without using cloth to wipe?

It is recommended to spray and wipe with a pre-wet clean cloth to spread the disinfectant evenly. It is ok to spray and leave dry, this will enable more Silver Ions to stay on the surface.

5) Can the Pro Germ Clean be mixed into normal hand soap to have the antibacterial effect?

Please advice not to mix with normal hand wash. We do not know what are the ingredients of the hand wash which everyone is using. Some ingredients might affect the efficacy of our Silver Ion Technology and render it useless.

6)You mentioned above that it is environmentally friendly. Is it a natural/organic household cleaner that is non toxic and safe for babies' toys and cribs?

1.GermClean is environmentally friendly because it has been developed with a new state of the art antibacterial agent, stabilized silver, which is 150 times less toxic than most chemical disinfectants in the market place. Germclean uses Ionic Silver Technology which are EPA registered as a category 4 disinfectant which is 2 level less dangerous than most chemical disinfectant that are category

2. EPA registration states it can be used around children's toys, furniture, around nurseries, and day care centers, indication their safety.. Currently in Singapore, KKH, Mindchamps, Pat’s Schoolhouse, Learning Vision and many other childcare centers are using Sureclean Products.

7) That means after I cleanse with pro germ clean. Is it safe for bb to put the toy inside his mouth? Oh and is there any expiry date for these products? Especially the surface disinfectant & cleaner?

Yes it is safe around children, it would be even better if you spray and let it air dry, as this enables maximum disinfection of the surface. It also enables more Ionic Silver to reside on the surface.

8) It seems like the surface cleaner and Germ Clean serves the same purpose? So I can just purchase either one, right.

Surface Clean is designed specifically to clean the floors. It has detegent cleaning agent in therefore it is specially use for floor only. Germ Clean is a pure disinfectant, and formulated to be use on children items safely.

9) Can spray the Handy Clean Disinfectant & Cleaner  ie. kill germs in the air. For eg. after someone with a cold sneezes, can i spray the product into the air to kill the germs?

Handy Clean Disinfectant and Cleaner is not air sanitizer. There are currently no air sanitizer in the market that can eliminate all the germs and bacteria in the air right after a person sneezes. Germs and Bacteria Particles are really small but they are usually contained in the water vapours which are sneezed out. They will eventually land on the surfaces and thats where Sureclean Products can help greatly to significantly eliminate the germs and bacteria.

10) If we are using SureClean Pro Surface Clean on Toys tabletop or floor, do we still need to rinse it with plain water, as Pro Surface Clean has detergent effect?
Yes it would be adviseable for you to wipe it again with a clean plain cloth but for toys using Germ clean on toys will suffice. For floor, you DO NOT need to wipe again with water

11) Can SureClean™ Germ Clean be used on soft toys? cause it says in the description, use on hard non-porous surface. but what about toys that are covered in fur/fabric like teddy bears, dolls etc. safe to spray? cause the material might absorb the spray and the kid will come into contact orally when they suck on the toy etc?

Yes it can, it is water based and will just evaporate away after spraying, unlike other disinfectants which might stain the fabrics because it contains alcohol(Lysol 60% alcohol) and oils(dettol has alot of pine oil).

14) Can I mix Surface clean and Germ Clean together in a pail of water for mopping of floor? Will the floor be sticky after that?

Yes, we would actually recommend to add Germ Clean with Surface clean to have more Silver Ions in the formulae. It will not be sticky .
